Our friends daughter is 6 years old and i gave her an Original ArtofAmy painting along with a bunch of prints awhile back and I was recently given the most WONDERFUL 'Thank-You' gift in return! - Lily was so inspired by my art prints she draw a few of her own interpretations which are currently proudly on my fridge for everyone to see!

Welcoming a New Year + New Artworks!

I have found I have done a lot of sketching over the last few month (which I never do!) yet VERY little painting so my goal - put those drawings onto canvas!

I REALLY wanted to participate in Mab Graves Drawlloween this year and I tried, i really tried... but I didn't anitipate the work and energy that goes into creating an artwork a day!

Here is one of the VERY FEW ideas i managed to get down on paper... Next year I will put time aside to work HARD on Drawlloween! - For now, I think I'm going to take my sketch futher and look at putting her onto canvas.

Ready for the next Stage...
